In your first therapy session, we'll discuss your goals and challenges, and I'll ask questions to better understand your background. Together, we'll begin creating a personalized plan to support your growth and healing.

Do you offer telehealth sessions?

Yes. I offer both in-person counseling in Eugene, Oregon, and secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions, so you can access therapy wherever you are.

How long are sessions and how much do they cost?

Sessions are 55 minutes and cost $200. Insurance billing is available, and I accept payment by check, debit, or credit card.

Do you take insurance?
